Most of you know how many hats I wear: Mom, wife, biz owner, life coach, employee... and a few others of course. I'm also pretty devoted to healthful eating, which means lots of time in the kitchen that could be spent with my family.
On many weekend mornings, I have to kick my husband and daughter out of the house to go on adventures so I can see clients or work on my biz.
Many evenings I have classes for the coaching program I'm in, or I see clients for my day job.

Hopefully, these little "pockets" give you some ideas about quick, brainless activities that you can do in 10 minutes or less. Usually, about 10 minutes is all it takes for my little one to feel connected with me. Would be both like more during the week? Of course - but this seems to do the trick on those harried, hectic days.
I'd love to hear what you do to squeeze in pockets of quality time when you're uber-busy!
