1. Due to my time zone or other commitments, I can't make all the Q+A calls. Is it still a good investment?
I’d LOVE you to be there for the implementation calls! It’s your time to get clarity on anything bogging you down. From mindset to tech to “I understood it on the call but now I’m floundering…”… These sessions really help people move along.
However, if you truly can’t make them, that’s why I’ve included the Facebook Studio. I know so many people are busy and working and let’s face it, I’ll NEVER find a time that works for EVERYONE. So, bring your work to the Facebook Studio and get tons of help from me and your community, every day (but weekends).
And remember, you can always submit YOUR question and work sample ahead of time, and I will address it on the live Q+A even if you can't be there.
2. What is your refund policy?
If you decide, before the course begins, that it’s not the right fit for you, I will be happy to issue you a refund, no questions asked. Up until midnight EST, November 1st, 2020 no questions-asked refunds.
If you decide, within the first 5 days (November 2-6th), that the course is not the right fit for you, I will issue a prorated refund of 75% what you paid.
After November 6th, midnight EST, no refunds will be issued.
3. I am not a certified coach/I'm still working on my certification. Should I wait?
You’ll get the most out of this course if you are certified, or in a certification program. Training or certification (in progress or completed) is recommended because this course doesn’t cover actual coaching techniques.
Coaches who are mid-certification and taken the course have said one of two things. Either a) Thank heavens I took this, so as soon as I was certified I had the tools to come out of the gate with a bang or b) I had too much on my plate but I went back and visited it later, and got value from it. So, either way you can't lose. It's really a matter of whether you want to implement now, or later.
4) Are you going to help me launch and fill my group?
Designing a transformational group program that brings clients back over and over is my jam. I am good at filling and launching groups for myself, but I do not teach that skill, as there's nothing that makes me qualified to do so. There are about 1,000 paths to launching and filling a group. I highly recommend Jeff Walker's Product Launch Formula training, or his book Launch. However, your GYGG seat does include a bonus module with basic launch ideas and strategies to get you going!
5) What is your guarantee?
If you follow the program step by step, you'll have built a truly transformational group coaching program. Some fun side effects for past clients have been: Getting their 1st one-to-one client; building their mailing list; designing a signature 1:1 program based off of their group coaching program; launching their business on the back of their group coaching program; becoming known as the go-to for a certain niche or specialty; having invaluable market research to draw from for years to come; becoming a much better copywriter for understanding the needs and emotions of the market...
What you DO with all that is up to you.
6) What is the charity you donate to?
It has always been a goal of mine to find a way to give back from the cup of my business. Kiva.org is an organization whose purpose lines up with our own entrepreneurial spirit: “Dreams are universal, opportunity is not”. Kiva.org gives folks like you and me an opportunity to fund an entrepreneurial dream for someone who can’t get access to the capitol to do so. 8) How much time per week is this gonna take me?
Some modules are more time intense than others. I'd recommend at least 1.5 hours per week to listen to the modules and 2 hours per week to implement. During Module 1, you'll want at least 3 hours of the week to create your market research survey and refine and distribute it.
